Mark Ford, one of our Physician Assistants, specializes in Sports Medicine, Pediatrics, Fracture Care, and General Orthopedics. He completed his undergraduate Bachelor of Science Degree at James Madison University before continuing his training at Wake Forest School of Medicine for his Physician Assistant Degree. Mark graduated with honors in both programs.
Joe Gowaty, originally from Pennsylvania, graduated from the King's College Physician Assistant Program in Wilkes-Barre, PA. He has also completed an Orthopedic Fellowship in Johnson City, TN and has received further training towards his Masters Degree in Sports Medicine from Arizona School of Health Sciences.
Scott Krushinski, PA-C joined our practice in late 2012. He proudly served as an officer in the US Navy from 2001 to 2010 as a pilot and flight instructor before returning to school at Chatham University in 2010 to obtain his Masters Degree as a Physician Assistant. He graduated from the US Naval Academy in 2001 with his BS in chemistry. His areas of interest are sports medicine, pediatric fracture care, and general orthopedics.
Allison, originally from Missouri, completed her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Physiology from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri. She went on to complete a Master of Arts Degree in Youth and Family Ministry from John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas before earning her Master of Science degree as a Physician Assistant from Missouri State University in 2012. Allison Baldwin, PA, joined our practice in June, 2016.
Malinda relocated from Memphis, TN where she completed her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Christian Brothers University in December 2014. She also obtained her MBA from Strayer University in June 2008 while working as a Licensed Registered Occupational Therapist. She received her Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy from Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama in May 2001. Malinda practiced as a Licensed Occupational Therapist for over seventeen years in various specialties and across all age groups. Prior to becoming an Occupational Therapist, she practiced as a Licensed Social Worker after obtaining a Bachelor degree in Social Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, Alabama. Malinda joined the Orthopedic Specialty Clinic team in June, 2018.
